I know this is a perfume blog, but while I was taking photos of some samples I recently received, our cat, Tufton Silver Thread, otherwise known as Sadie, or simply Cat!, was lounging around, looking very relaxed, so I snapped a few of her too, as shown below. She has a very pretentious name, courtesy of the fact that she is a pure bred British Shorthair Silver Tabby. Despite this, we never call her by this name, for obvious reasons, but she is a sweetie and very loyal!
She's beautiful! Thanks for sharing her with us. I can't resist a cute cat--maybe why I have four... :-)
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful Cat! Michael, please never feel shy sharing pictures of your cat. I think there are many "cat persons" among your followers. And it gives us an excuse to look at cats pictures: those are pictures of cats we "know".
ReplyDeleteMichael, Sadie is beautiful! And she looks very sweet, too. Your pictures are making me want another feline. And remember, it's your damn blog and you can post anything you want!
ReplyDeleteQueen Cupcake, thank you. I think one is enough for me, although we did raise 4 kittens from almost birth once, as their mother (our cat) was sadly run over shortly after they were born. It was a great experience hand rearing them and feeding them milk through a syringe
ReplyDeleteUnidna, thank you too. It's not so much that I am shy of showing the pictures, but seeing as you and others do like cats, I might be tempted to feature some more cat shoots in the future!
ReplyDeleteJosephine thanks for the encouragement. Sadie is never scared to crave and demand attention, so more pics like these are probably quite easy to get!
ReplyDeleteoh kittie loveliness!! I love when my fellow bloggers show me their homes and family!
ReplyDeleteFrida, my pleasure. I'll try and post more of Sadie in the future. She's a sucker for attention anyway, so no problem getting her to 'pose'!
ReplyDeleteWow! Sadie is gorgeous, AND almost identical to my 4-month-old kitten Jumpy!!! I was given Jumpy by the neighbour of a friend, and he is a silver tabby too with the same colour undercoat, and I really think he may be a British shorthair too!! Very cute short legs, so intelligent and loooads of purrrsonality!!! :-))
