It is perfect with O de Lancome, Encre Noir, Absinthe by Lacroix (Avon), Ocean Wet Wood, Paestum Rose, Voleurs de Rose, oh just about anything really.

Along with Dzongkha & Encre Noir, Covet is one of those frags I probably couldn't do with out.JadeGreenImagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13779076596942083998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7666297985337182918.post-77581790903759494332012-11-22T02:49:37.215+00:002012-11-22T02:49:37.215+00:00Ohhh. I've tried three different SSS scents and all three of them had a challenging note that I wanted to get past, but that so far I've failed to. It sounds like it's the labdanum, and that either I need to learn to love it (I can see it happening) or this house may not be for me.Marthahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06115821731964909442noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7666297985337182918.post-37930143403126496862012-11-21T19:51:27.891+00:002012-11-21T19:51:27.891+00:00Nick, thanks for commenting. Covet layered with Cabochard - that is interesting, to say the least!Michaelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06894218954285865917noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7666297985337182918.post-55037639630688423532012-11-20T09:02:41.296+00:002012-11-20T09:02:41.296+00:00Oh just realised "up my ferny path" does...Oh just realised "up my ferny path" doesn't sound quite the way I intended it.....

NickJadeGreenImagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13779076596942083998noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7666297985337182918.post-42203004523824995452012-11-20T09:01:00.365+00:002012-11-20T09:01:00.365+00:00I have read so much about the SSS scents that I am...I have read so much about the SSS scents that I am tempted to get in there and try some in my never ending quest for the perfect wood fragrance (I know that it doesn't exist as my idea of perfect changes each day)

I like the idea of Wood Violet (long time fan of Grey Flannel here), and Forest Walk & Winter Woods seem right up my street (ferny path??), so I guess the only thing to do is get the samples.

(Like I need any more fragrance). Apropos of nothing, today's non autumnal frag is SJP Covet layered with Cabochard - distinctly not run of the mill.JadeGreenImagehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13779076596942083998noreply@blogger.com
